Adventure Golf

What's the difference between mini golf and adventure golf?

What is Adventure Golf?

One of the questions we get asked a lot is ‘What is Adventure Golf?’

Most people use the term Mini - Golf, Adventure Golf and Crazy golf interchangeably but we like to showcase the difference.

Miniature Golf is, according to World Mini Golf Sport Federation

‘Minigolf is a sport enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities and the aim of the game is to hit a ball from a tee - off point into a hole in as few shots as possible. Minigolf courses include a variety of interesting and tricky obstacles for players to Putt through, over, under and around!’

Mini-Golf vs Adventure Golf

For us, Mini Golf is the sport and Adventure Golf is the variation that we operate. Mini-Golf, reminds us of windmills in outdoor locations, Adventure Golf is slightly different. Adventure Golf isn’t just about the miniature golf; it is about the whole experience and in our case ,with Captain Green’s Space Adventure Golf, an out of this world experience.

We have created for you a truly interactive and immersive space themed experience where you will be transported to Mars or the Moon depending on what course you choose.

Our 2 18 hole indoor space themed courses are state of the art, with eye catching and dramatic set pieces that you would see in the movies! There is no adventure golf like this in Northern Ireland!

We want you to feel transported, away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday life and into outer space.

The best way to find out what we are about is to come down and play.

We hope to see you soon.
